(2021) Pocket Comics is a new platform. To be frank, it is extremely expensive to buy coins here, but you have tickets (acquired through daily "missions" and other promos), and you may also read pages through ads (limited pages). Keep in mind, the app requires you to deplete tickets first before consuming through ads. The one that requires coins (no other way to unlock) are usually only the last 5 updated pages, the rest would be free (usually for a certain day; acquirable with tickets/ads and coins if you want that option). All of this is subject to change tho because again, new platform.
