MLM relationships where one isn't in someway forcing the other, gaslighting the other, blackmailing the other. Of course, this doesn't mean that they won't hurt each other or that they'll both be in equal positions of power, tho I do try to add those where they both are equally intelligent and mostly consensual. In the rare case that one person unconsensually does something, the other probably won't bat their eyelashes and say 'no senpai!' but will rather punch his partner in the face, tho that shouldn't happen often if you're choosing to read a manga in this collection. To be honest, for omegaverse additions, several will start off with some kind of non-con or dub-con, but if it was added into this list, then that means that it got better later on, or that there's another story added on that fits the criteria. TLDR: They both want it :)
